Got another beer lab dropping for the boys over at . Inspiration was think of the beach in the 60s but on acid...lol...I think we nailed it!
Reposted from NEW BEER DAY! What happens when you take a trip to some part of the world and the beer leaves something to be desired? You switch to cocktails! What happens when you get back home and want beer again but you are have a residual craving for the flavors from those cocktails? You create a beer that lets you have both!
HENDRIX & CUKE starts out as a Kveik Lutra fermented pseudo-Kölsch beer at 5.5% ABV. It also gets organic lemon zest in the whirlpool, sea salt in the boil, and a hefty dose of cucumbers and gin botanicals on the cold side. It then goes through a lager like cold maturation to smooth out the flavors.
On tap today when we open at 4pm, available in cans on Tuesday, May 31st!

Its always an exciting day when new label designs drop! Were still having a blast with as they continue to pump out great beer we're designing all the labels. In this round there's another collaboration with the and their artist community.

PARTICLE SMASHER (7.7% ABV) - Hazy IPA w/ four different Citra dry hop additions (QDH?), unique fermentation and maturation temperature manipulation, and Spectrum flowable liquid "dry" hop for intense citrus flavors.

FLUFFY GEM (6.3% ABV) - Hazy IPA with double the normal cold side dose and double the additions. This one features the new Idaho GEM hop. Expect flavors of orange and dark cherry, balanced with a grist of honey malt and oats.

PORCH DROPS (6.0% ABV) - This beer starts as a Bavarian style wheat beer and then receives a subtle cold-side dose of Citra and Great Lakes grown Mackinac Hops. Expect flavors of citrus, melon, spice, and plenty of clove.

HYPOTHETICAL TERRIOR (9.5% ABV) - IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc grape must, and beer+wine yeast. The result is a beer that has intense aromas and flavors of white wine, with no doubt you are still drinking an IPA.

OH! Haven't seen them all together yet. Were a little biased, but were feeling pretty great about these label designs!!! It helps that the beer very good, perks of the job 😉.

New Beers:
Schrödinger Paradox 8% ABV - The new 2021 Strata (one of our favorite hops) and our extensive whirlpool and dry hop treatments generate loads of grapefruit, strawberry, passion fruit, and dank cannabis flavors in this hazy IPA.
Treachery of Images 6.3% ABV - Northern French Saison with heirloom spelt malt, sweet orange peel, Indian coriander, and a new yeast strain bringing traditional farmhouse esters. Amorphically dry hopped with an inappropriate amount of Mosaic and Azacca!
Turbulent Flow 5.7% ABV - Pilsner malt and Citra hops gives this Czech yeast fermented easy drinking beer notes of bread and fruit.
Fluffy Logic 6.3% ABV - Approachable golden orange hazy IPA blending sweet malt flavors with the fruit forward hops of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado.
