Pelvic tilts might look simple, but they’re one of the foundational ways we learn how to move the spine with intention in Pilates ✨
This movement helps us explore articulation, or the ability to move through the spine one segment at a time instead of holding everything rigid. It teaches awareness, control, coordination, and connection to the deep core muscles that support the body from the inside out.
In Pilates, we’re not just chasing big movements. We’re learning how to move well. Sometimes the smallest movements teach us the most 🤍
