Earlier this week our team celebrated a BIG win for our very own Maggie Kelsch Dauss! She received a BIG honor and landed the Milwaukee Business Journal's Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, and we could not be more proud! Executive Director of Innovation + Talent for the Greater Milwaukee Committee — or as many of you know her, Co-Founder of The Commons — this lovely lady has been at the helm for almost two years and has been knocking it out of the park in every which way.

Let’s give a big round of applause — or better yet, a standing ovation — for our sweet, strategic, compassionate, diplomatic, and fearless leader, Maggie!

Maggie, you are a joy to work with, encourage authenticity, and live out your values through your leadership every day. We can’t wait to continue to support you and see all of the wonderful things you’ll continue to accomplish.
