The right individual will be, reliable, able to work with limited supervision and in a team environment. We offer a great working environment with opportunity for advancement within the company. $17-$20/hour based on experience.

Candidates MUST be 21 years of age, possess knowledge of maintenance related tasks involving: electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, boilers, snow removal and cleaning. Saturday availability preferred. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license.
