Tickets are still available for our entry‑level women's boxing class with SheWolf MKE next week Tuesday, June 9th (5:30-6:30PM). A portion of every ticket supports our Q2 featured nonprofit Sojourner Family Peace Center.

DETAILS:
✅ Minimum Age: 16
✅ Equipment: You only need a water bottle and appropriate shoes - all other equipment is provided.
✅ Experience: No experience needed! Modifications can be made based on injuries and individual needs/desires.

Girls on the Run of Southeastern Wisconsin is hosting their Spring 5K on Sunday morning, May 31st at American Family Field, and they’re looking for Cheer Station volunteers to help bring the energy and encouragement to over 2,000 amazing girls crossing the finish line.

As part of a Cheer Station, we’ll be along the course cheering, waving signs, blowing bubbles, playing music — basically spreading all the positivity and motivation we can! It’s a super fun way to support youth in our community and spend a memorable morning together outside of the office.

🕗 Time Commitment: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM�📍 Location: American Family Field�🎉 Open to Friends & Family – the more, the merrier!
