The Museum explores the history of Milwaukee's Jewish Community to develop broad themes of tolerance

Photos from Jewish Museum Milwaukee's post 06/10/2026

Last month, Jewish Museum Milwaukee and Bader Philanthropies celebrated the legacy of Helen Daniels Bader through a day of with interactive activities, shared stories, and moments of reflection centered on identity, connection, and belonging.

Throughout the day, visitors participated in hands-on activities like affirmation card exchanges, symbolic self-portrait drawing, and a community coloring wall led by artist Jac Lahav.

Helen Daniels Bader was one of Milwaukee’s most beloved philanthropists and advocates for elder care and Alzheimer’s support. She made a lasting impact through her work and Bader Philanthropies’ continued investment in Milwaukee’s cultural landscape.

Thank you to all who joined us for a day celebration!
