Got a Freightliner Columbia in the shop with a Mercedes MBE4000 engine that was consuming a lot of oil, found that 5 out of the 6 cylinder heads were passing oil through the valve seals/guides into the exhaust. Engine is getting 6 new cylinder heads and all new gaskets.

Got an F-450 in the shop that needed new exhaust manifold studs due to most them of being broken off, should be getting it wrapped up for the customer tomorrow.

Busy day in the shop today, had a trailer come in with a cooked hub/spindle, thankfully he did not have a wheel off. Had United Axle Midwest come out and replace the spindle for us, they did a great job and highly recommend them. We are getting everything ready to get back on the road, new hud on the left rear and new bearings/seals on all the others. Also replacing all the brake shoes and drums.

Replacing some leaking freeze plugs on this DD13

Got a conastoga in the shop, all 4 wheel seals were showing signs of leakage and the air bags were not in the best shape, customer wanted to get ahead of these before they failed out on the road, we are replacing all 4 wheel seals and air bags.

Just received our new DOT inspection decals and I think they look pretty cool! If you are coming up or overdue for an annual inspection, give us a call or message to set up an appointment.

Truck came in for an intermittent misfire on cylinder 6, found that one of the injector harness terminals was broken on the #6 injector. Replacing the harness so this unit can get back to work.

Wrapping up the radiator replacement on this Freightliner, nice to have a smaller guy to fit in tight spots!
