After a very busy summer, Core Tech is taking a short break to rest and rejuvenate ourselves – we will be closed on Friday September 3rd to allow our hardworking team a long weekend. If emergencies arise please email [email protected] and someone will assist.

Dear Valued Client,

Due to the expanding Coronavirus outbreak we will be following the CDC guidelines to protect our employees and clients. Out of an abundance of caution, we are taking precautionary measures to limit all non-essential onsite service. We will still provide critical onsite support after review and approval.

Our staff is working remotely from home but they have full access to our tools, emails and phones. Please continue to call 414-727-1240 or email the helpdesk at [email protected].

If you need assistance in setting up your employees for remote access please email [email protected] to submit a ticket. We have a lot of solutions that can assist in remote employees while remaining secure.

Please remember that if you have remote employees using personal computers they need to ensure they are not running Windows 7 and are fully patch with Windows security updates and have an active antivirus. We can assist with remote Window 10 upgrades so please let us know if we can help.

We will be able to utilize many forms of remote tools: Facetime, Zoom, Teams etc. to provide remote support.
