Char'd

We welcome people who are fun yet professional, upbeat, social, and who are interested in Korean Culture as well as cuisine. We are located in Historic Third Ward. Our standards are high and we are looking for people who aspire to meet them. You must be a positive person, have attention to details, pleasant towards customers as well as your peers, quick learner, multi-tasker and diligent. You must have an open availability to work both weekday nights and weekend nights.

Qualifications:
Has a strong sense of genuine and heartfelt hospitality
Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
Ability to work six hour shifts, with extensive standing/walking.
Ability to meet Char’d uniform and grooming standards and maintain during shifts
Ability to consistently lift or carry up to 25lbs
Excellent verbal communication skills
Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities:
Ensures everyone has the complete Char’d experience
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our menu offerings
Suggest additional items to guests as appropriate
Maintain cash and cash equivalents in a responsible manner
Solicit guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning tables, chairs and floors of debris
