House Moving Day 🚛🏡

What a crazy day getting this house moved to its new location!

We had a few moments along the way—almost bottomed out pulling onto the highway, then got the truck stuck in that East Texas sugar sand. Ended up having to bring in a dozer to get everything unstuck.

But in the end, we got it done and the house is officially set in place.

Remodel coming soon… this is going to turn into a beautiful little hilltop home for someone in just a few months.

The crew at ETex Land Solutions is hard at work. The dozer and track hoe are busy clearing this tract of land for us in Pine Mills. Lots of exciting things happening on this 3-acre tract over the next few months. 💪🚜

Starting the new year off busy around here. A new roof is going on our latest fixer-upper, and it’s a big step toward bringing this home back to life. Huge thanks to Randy’s Roofing Service for another solid job. Always dependable and great quality work. 🔨

We had to take down a few large pine trees on a property we’re working on, so we brought in a mobile sawmill. Ended up with a trailer load of lumber. Glad we were able to save it for future projects. 🪵
