What we’re looking for:
- Sophomore or Junior students (graduating Spring 2027–Spring 2028)
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Empathy & active listening
- Leadership + proactive communication
- Ability to work 10–15 hours/week
- Ability to attend required professional development Fridays 10 am–12 pm
