It’s here! Burnsville's Down Payment Assistance Program is officially open! 🎉

Starting today, qualifying households can apply for up to $41,000 to help purchase a home right here in Burnsville.

To apply, you'll need:

- A mortgage pre-approval
- A signed purchase agreement for a Burnsville home
- Household income at or below 80% Area Median Income
- Borrower must contribute at least 1% of the home purchase price of their own funds to be used towards either the mortgage down payment or closing costs

Don't wait - funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
