This event is designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where international students at the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD), University of Minnesota, can come together to share food, stories, and strategies for maintaining good mental health. The combination of a potluck-style meal and mental health activities will foster a sense of community and provide practical support for students.

My name is Ainur Jumagaliyeva, and I am a PhD student in Comparative and International Development Education. My research focuses on internationalization in higher education, gender and equity, and the experiences of student-parents navigating academic life. As a former student affairs practitioner, I am passionate about building supportive environments for international students, and I am excited to get to know you👏! In the coming academic year, we have many exciting opportunities designed to help you connect with peers, faculty, and staff, and to learn more about resources available to you.🤝 Stay tuned for announcements about workshops, social gatherings, and events.
