“It’s fine.”
“It’s good enough.”
“I don't have the time to worry about that.”
I’ve said those things.
You probably have too.
But here’s the truth:
The standard doesn’t disappear in hard seasons.
It just becomes easier to justify abandoning.
The problem?
“Good enough” becomes a mindset.
Then a habit.
Then your new normal.
And before you know it, you’re disconnected from yourself.
From your presence.
From the quiet, aligned leadership your life is asking for.
Holding a standard doesn’t mean striving for perfection.
It means refusing to lose yourself in the weight of it all.
If you’re caregiving, leading, or simply trying to show up while life is heavy—this is your reminder:
The standard is there to support you, not shame you.
Return to it. Even if imperfectly.
Because the longer you stay in “good enough,”
the harder it is to feel proud of what you’re becoming.
Comment below where have you let your standard slide lately—and what would it look like to recalibrate?
Looking for a private conversation around this - DM me to set up a simple, non judgmental, no-pressure chat. You are not alone when life + work get heavy and you are carrying more than most.
I got you.

88% Is Still Above Average
(And It’s Still Leadership)
Caregiving demands everything—and sometimes more than you think you have to give.
But here’s the truth I’ve learned:
You don’t always need to be at 100% to lead.
Some days, all I’ve got is 88%.
But when that 88% comes from alignment, love, and intention—it’s still exceptional.
It’s still leadership.
And it’s more than most ever expect.
When someone you love is confined to a hospital bed...
When they can’t completely advocate for themselves…
When your strength becomes their stability…
That’s not just caregiving.
That’s leadership—of the most human kind.
And here’s where standards come in:
I don’t hold the standard for appearances.
I hold it for the atmosphere I’m creating—for myself and for the one's I love.
Because how I show up becomes what they absorb.
Even when I’m tired.
Even when I don’t feel like it.
Even when 88% is the best I can give.
Presence is leadership.
Energy is leadership.
Holding the standard—quietly, intentionally—is leadership.
We often think leadership looks like commanding a room.
But sometimes, it looks like whispering encouragement, advocating behind the scenes, and protecting dignity when no one’s watching.
That’s what The Amy Factor is rooted in.
Not just presence on screen. But aligned presence when it’s hardest.
💬 If you're leading from behind the scenes—at home, in a hospital, or in your own quiet battles—I see you. 🤍
Tell me: What standard are you choosing to hold, even when it’s not easy?

You’ve got the credentials.
Now show up like it.
Because having the knowledge isn’t enough—
Your presence needs to match your power.
📍 Your credibility should be seen before you speak.
📍 Your environment should echo your expertise.
📍 Your visual presence should reinforce the authority you’ve earned.
This is how you become undeniable—
Not just respected. Remembered.
Let’s align how you show up with everything you bring to the table.
