The Foley Mansfield Working Parents Group was proudly launched as a new space dedicated to supporting attorneys balancing the demands of legal practice and parenthood. Designed as a collaborative and inclusive forum, the group connects colleagues across offices to share resources, exchange ideas, and foster a culture where working parents can thrive.

“Our goal is to build a supportive community where working parents feel connected and empowered—both professionally and personally,” said co-chair Shelley Napolitano.

“There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to balancing career and family. This group creates a space to share practical strategies and support one another along the way,” added co-chair Haley Combs.

Through ongoing conversations, shared resources, and a dedicated channel for connection, the Working Parents Group reinforces Foley Mansfield’s commitment to supporting its people at work and at home.
