Emergency Small Business Economic Response Fund:

ADC is proud to support small businesses through the Economic Response Fund. This fund is administered by the Minneapolis Foundation and will provide small grants to Minnesota businesses to help address urgent needs caused by lower sales, unavailable workers, temporary closures, or safety and security concerns.

You will be asked to set up a portal with Minneapolis Foundation. The application is available once you do that.

Many businesses have even needed to close temporarily, further exacerbating income losses for business owners and their employees, impacting once vibrant neighborhoods.

We're looking for a Director of Housing and Financial Education, someone who's passionate about comprehensive community economic development!

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Compensation $75K to $85K
Benefits: Health & Dental (ADC pays 100% of health and dental insurance premium for staff and 50% for dependents), PTO, retirement plan and a possibility of free Master's Program.

Required Certifications:
• HUD Certification
• Homebuyer Counselling / Training certification
• Homebuyer Education – Pre-Purchase Homeownership Education certification
