We are excited to announce Erica Flood, Leasing Consultant at The Avery, as our April Team Member of the Month! Over the past few months, Erica has shown incredible dedication, often going above and beyond to keep The Avery running smoothly.

During the late January "Snowpocalypse," Erica was a true champion. She didn't just manage the crisis; she made genuine connections with displaced residents, de-escalating the situation and personally guiding them through their transitions to new units with a calm demeanor.

Erica doesn't shy away from hard work. Whether she is handling difficult resident concerns or clearing massive amounts of snow from sidewalks, she's there to get the job done. She remains laser-focused on leasing and ensuring move-ins are seamless, while maintaining outstanding communication with both the service and management teams.

The energy she brings is pure "sunshine and laughter," even in the midst of difficult challenges. We thank Erica for her grit, empathy, and unwavering commitment to our residents.
