Dealing with mental health issues as Christians can often feel disorienting. Where should I go for help? How does the Bible speak to mental health struggles? How should I approach mental health (or that of my loved ones) from a Christian perspective?

Mental Health is such a timely and crucial need these days. We are eager for anyone to come who is willing to learn about these issues from a Christian perspective. But because of the weight of some of these issues (like Depression, trauma, anxiety, etc.), we only ask participants be 16 or older.

We are excited to come together and reduce the stigma within Christian circles for those struggling with these things. We also look forward to the practical steps, helpful tools and real hope our presenters will share.
