It’s about the climb.

Here’s a meaningful excerpt from my upcoming book:

“I Am Not a Label – Reclaiming Your POWER and SOVEREIGNTY”
Affirmations can truly help — they reduce stress, improve well-being, and retrain our thought patterns. But they work best when they feel believable.

If a strong statement like “I am sovereign. Nothing can rent space in my nervous system” feels too big right now, start gentler:

“I am beginning to feel more sovereign every day.”
“I am learning to protect my peace.”
“I am safe in this moment.”

Use the softer version for a week or two. When it starts to feel more true, you can gently step it up:

“I am reclaiming my sovereignty more each day.”
“I choose peace over fear.”
“My nervous system is safe and supported.”

Eventually, you’ll naturally arrive at the stronger version — and it will feel real, not forced.

Pay Attention. THIS MESSAGE? It is for YOU!

I couldn't have said it better. "Living With Joy" (by Sanaya Roman) was one of the books that was a huge part of my healing journey. This quote showed up on one of my pages that I am Admin of. It is a timely message indeed! Wouldn't you agree?
