Let's face it, we all do it.

When we see someone that looks like they have their life 'together' when we're having a hard day, it's easy to compare and feel inadequate, insecure, or unworthy. It's important to remind yourself that social media content is often fake, edited and curated to perfection. Never compare yourself to anyone, whether that be personally or professionally. Focus on yourself and remember that everyone is putting their best foot forward on social media - everybody has bad days.
