Last weekend, we had the pleasure of attending a private sushi-making class at Sushi Fix in Wayzata!

PlanForce partnered with Sushi Fix on their restaurant renovation last year, so it was especially fun to return to the space - meet the team, see it in action, and try our hand at crafting some truly delicious sushi.
