Responsibilities
• Manage kitchen food orders.
• Price out menu items
• Order food supplies, materials and kitchen equipment, as needed.
• Manage inventory for all venues
• Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
• Tracking all finances related to the kitchen

Skills and requirements
• Knowledge of kitchen and operations
• Hands-on experience with ordering ingredients and supplies needed
• Knowledge of food cost for all recipes
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of food and labor costs
• Knowledge of inventory and purchasing
