At Camp North Stars, every day is filled with opportunities to learn, grow, make new friends, and create memories. We can't wait for another week of fun, discovery, and adventure!

Summer is often viewed as a quieter season in education. The reality inside a school building couldn't be more different.

While many of us are catching our breath after another incredible school year, our Building Engineers are navigating Camp North Stars, supporting construction and maintenance projects, coordinating with our year-round community partners, moving mountains of furniture, deep cleaning classrooms, repairing what needs attention, moving furniture again, and preparing Hall for another year of joyful learning.

It's physically demanding work. It's problem-solving work. It's work that requires flexibility, patience, and an incredible amount of pride.

And much of it happens long before the first teacher unlocks a classroom or the first Hall Star walks through our doors in August.

Thanks to our incredible Building Engineer Team - Ellis, Rich and Jeff, our students have the privilege of learning in what is the cleanest school in all of Minneapolis Public Schools.

Join us for our Back-to-School Open House on Thursday, September 3rd, from 3:00–5:00 PM at Hall STEM Academy. Families will have the opportunity to meet teachers, reconnect with friends, confirm transportation, connect with our health office and community partners, and begin the year feeling informed, excited, and ready to shine.

At Hall, we believe every child is a scientist, engineer, explorer, leader, and changemaker. This year, our students will continue to engage in joyful learning experiences centered around our magnet themes of Energy, Environment, Exploration, and Social Justice while growing their talents, confidence, and sense of belonging.
