In 1991, our co-founder and CEO Fred Haberman volunteered at the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Minnesota. That experience stayed with him and helped shape the values we carry as a firm today.

Next month, Fred and his daughter Celeste, who works on our PR team, will volunteer at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games together.

Celeste wrote about what it means to show up, why inclusion is something we have to practice in person, and why Minnesota has a chance to show the country what we stand for — again.

If you’re a business leader, make space for your team. If you’re an employee, rally your colleagues. If you’re a neighbor, bring your family. The Games need 10,000 volunteers. We hope you’ll be one of them!

The Haberman crew took the Polar Plunge in Minneapolis this weekend to support the amazing athletes of Special Olympics Minnesota. It was cold, it was wild, and it was absolutely worth it. Huge thanks to everyone who donated to our team and cheered us on from the shore!

We are proud to be part of a community that has already raised over $5.1 million this year for our state’s incredible athletes.
