We are looking for a senior consultant to join our Experience Research and Design practice. Fathom Consulting is in search of a colleague who is curious, inspired by people, surfaces great insights, creates polished concepts, and collaborates to create effective human-centered products, services, experiences, and workflows.

A deep understanding of experience design methods—including problem framing, ideation, concept visualization, and prototyping—will be important for this role.

Fathom is seeking participants for a study about medication management. Those selected will be asked to join a 60-min Zoom call to test out a website on the topic and give feedback. They will be able to select a time that works for them from a variety of timeslots and will receive a $25 gift card after the session.

To qualify, you must be someone who helps a loved one with their medications. This includes things like picking them up, organizing them, and checking to see if they took them. Your loved one must be living independently; not with you nor in a care facility.

Celebrating another collection of highly successful consultants and projects.

Today, Fathomites gathered over Banh Mi sandwiches for our periodic team Meetup discussion. Our topic today was inspired by Gretchen Rubin’s podcast, Happier. Gretchen has invited her listeners to use the Labor Day holiday as a time to reflect on how we can be happier, healthier, more productive, and more creative at work. A few key takeaways? It’s summer! That means it’s time for one of our favorite team building traditions: Lawn Bowling at Brit’s Pub! This year’s theme built on our 20th anniversary celebration: Hit songs from our founding year, 1999. The winning team scored some gorgeous acid washed jean f***y packs. We also welcomed our alumni! A good time was had by all.
