✨ Employee of the Month – Lesley Farmer, CLFP

Lesley continues to be an incredible asset to the KLC team through her leadership, dedication, and commitment to helping others succeed. Recently stepping into her new role as Business Development Team Lead, she has embraced the opportunity to lead and support her team while continuing to build strong client relationships and drive results. Her industry knowledge, positive attitude, and willingness to step up wherever needed make her truly deserving of this recognition.

👏 Sales Rep of the Month – Erin Wondra

When it comes to delivering results, Erin continues to raise the bar. Her drive, consistency, and ability to build strong client relationships helped earn her the title of Top Sales Rep this month. Erin brings energy and confidence to every opportunity she takes on, and her determination to succeed continues to make a major impact on both her clients and the KLC team. This recognition is a direct reflection of the hard work and momentum she brings every single day.

Yesterday was our annual KLC BBQ and our team got a pretty cool bonus when Owen Carlson Racing stopped by with their sprint car. 🏁

Our annual BBQ is always so much fun. Not a bad way to head into the holiday weekend. Huge thanks to Owen Carlson Racing for coming out and bringing the car. We’re proud to support a race team that shares our focus on hard work, strong relationships, and always moving forward. Safe to say the sprint car stole a little attention from lunch.
