🌷May Milestone Monday🌷

We’ve got an amazing lineup for you this Monday! From 50 to 600 visits, this crew has shown that consistency, hard work, and pushing limits is what fuels progress!

Denise (50) - When Denise isn’t on an adventure or hanging out with her granddaughter, she’s at SOTA! At 50 visits, Denise has conquered trap bar deadlifts and is now on the flat shoe train!

Sydney (50) - One of our favorite faces to see for morning SGT! Since November, Sydney has been quickly upping the weight on barbell hip thrust and confidently working her way up to a 24” box jump!

Julie (600) - SOTA’s barbell lunge warrior Julie has made it to 600 workouts! She likes to keep her lifts heavy, and with 600 workouts under her belt, she’s a true athlete! Julie has been such an amazing part of the SOTA community, coming to so many of our events and rockin’ out with the 6pm small group! Way to go, Julie!

Lisa (100) - Between spending time with her grandson and traveling for work, Lisa has crushed 100 sessions! Over the past year, her confidence with lifting has grown! She’s always willing to try the heavier weights Coach Rowen throws her way!

Neal (100) - Neal is no stranger to pushing his limits and it’s paid off! After 100 visits, Neal has proven that he shows up and works hard every session!

Mark (200) - If you’ve met Mark, you know he’s a runner. He’s probably wearing one of his many Brian Kraft memorial 5k shirts to his workout! 200 down and many more to go. Amazing work, Mark!

Mariah (400) - An early morning warrior (and maybe a noon class here and there with her sister Greta), Mariah has been with SOTA since 2022! She’s made it to 400 visits and continues to wow us with her strength!
