Job Title: Shop Manager / Service Technician

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Shop Manager / Service Technician to manage daily shop operations while performing hands-on service and repair work. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily shop operations and workflow
• Perform maintenance, and repairs of standard fleet
equipment
• Manage inventory and shop organization
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Ensure safety standards and quality control
• Conduct field diagnostics and execute repairs on marine equipment

Qualifications
• Experience as a service technician or similar technical role
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Self-motivated
