Wellness Wednesday is an informal occasion that occurs every week, on Wednesday. It was started to remind people about the importance of positivity, mental health and wellbeing, and, as Wednesday is the middle of the week, it is believed the motivation is most required on this day ☀️
So, to celebrate Wellness Wednesday take a look at this this wellness tip - all about positivity and wellbeing. A wellness tip or a good health tip can be any advice that promotes the importance of taking care of ourselves, of both our mental and physical health ✅
Drink water and enough of it. How many times do you reach the end of the day only to realize you never drank a sip of water? Many of us get by with coffee, food and sugar sweetened beverages when our bodies really need WATER. Grab a water bottle ( is our favorite) and keep it with you. Rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces but if that is too big of a jump, add 1 cup extra (that’s a total of 8 ounces) today and see how you feel 💧
