One of our favorite things about this building and downtown minot is the history and memories throughout the years! Below are a few facts we've dug up. Leave us a comment about what you remember about the beautiful 21 East Central Avenue in Minot, ND.

The building was originally constructed in 1902 as the Minot Grocery Company where they were able to provide fresh produce to Northwest North Dakota at lower costs due to its access to the Soo Railroad.

We’ve been soaking up Floyd Roll’s history packed brain and learned that over the years it has changed genres and hands providing everything from selling of furniture and boats to housing Bernelle’s Beauty School and Josef’s School of Hair.
