Red, green, yellow, black….. so many colors to polish.

Went back to Minnesota for these two and they have a cool story.

Both are single owner. The International 5088 is from 1983 and the red was repainted 20 years ago. Good thick enamel. Today we restored the original 43 year old black with ScratchWerkes Pro Shine polishing compound. We also used Pro Shine on the red and on the John Deere.

The John Deere is a 1995 8300 is not only all original but it’s been on the farm since it was also new. The only thing with new paint on it, are the wheels. We cleaned those up and ceramic coated them to help prolong the inevitable yellow fade…

Everything got protected with ScratchWerkes Gold ceramic coating for easy washing/maintenance and oxidation prevention. This is a durable, very chemical resistant (2ph-14ph) hydrophobic coating that’s only nano meters thick. It’s a one time application. So no need for reapplying anything until it gets worn off or scratched off.

The history behind the equipment. The history behind the homesteads and generations before us that have built America is what it’s really all about. Preserving the past so the future generations can enjoy it.

We are very fortunate and thankful to be a part the story.

🇺🇸 The PERFECT day to practice free enterprise. Happy Fourth of July everyone! 🇺🇸

We wrapped up polishing and ceramic coating this Case IH 435 today. The hood turned out nearly perfect. The rear end, however, was very thin. You can see the white spots in the photos. This is very typical of this generation of Cases. The permanent solution is to repaint it. In a last ditch effort, we made it red again and got it protected until it’s time for the inevitable. We tried to get some shine back into the perimeter of the roof but it toasted beyond repair. This concludes our trip to Minnesota.

We moved our August project around so I AM accepting deposits for appointments in the first half of the month.
