This week on the blog I'm talking about Pride Month, where I come from spiritually, and why silence started to feel like a choice I didn't want to make. To my LGBTQ+ friends and family: you have always had a seat at this table.

This week, I'm focusing on appreciating what's already here: the friendships, the lessons, the creativity, the healing, and the small moments that make up a life.

I'm challenging myself to celebrate progress instead of waiting for perfection.
