June is PTSD Awareness Month.
I’ve learned that some of the toughest challenges aren’t always visible. PTSD affects more people than we often realize, including many who have served.
This month is about understanding, support, and reminding others they’re not alone.

Whether college is a few years away or still down the road, small, consistent steps can make a meaningful difference over time.
I’ve had many conversations with families who simply want to feel more prepared and less stressed about what’s ahead. That often starts with understanding your options and putting a plan in place that fits your situation.
If you’ve been thinking about saving for education but aren’t sure where to start, I’m always here to be a resource or a second set of eyes.

There’s something about a well‑used baseball that just sticks with you.
It’s not perfect. It’s scuffed up, worn down, and it’s seen a lot of innings. But that’s kind of the point. Every mark tells a story. Every game, every practice, every rep adds up over time.
Baseball taught me early on that progress isn’t always flashy. It’s showing up, putting in the work, and trusting that the small things done consistently are what really matter.
Funny how that mindset carries over into everyday life.

Today is a time to remember those who gave their lives in service to this country. Their sacrifice is the reason we have the freedoms and opportunities we experience every day.
Thinking of those who were lost, and the families who continue to carry that legacy forward.
