This is addressed to my buyers, stop turning down every home because it’s not as updated as you may want it! ESPECIALLY if you’re on a budget! Because the reality of it is an update is not a hard fix, plus it’s something you can do little by little once you move in! So don’t turn down that $400k house that your getting for $360k that has everything but an updated kitchen! 🏠 🏡 .Plus did I mention the money you save on the purchase you can use to do the updates 🤷🏽♀️
