Before you scoff, no, we're not telling you to use up your vacation days to take the rest of this week off. We're challenging you to start your long weekend a little early in small ways. We know the worst part of a long weekend is the work days before and after, so we suggest alleviating that by mixing a bit of summer into your week. Step outside during lunch and soak in a few minutes of sun, go out for ice cream on a Thursday, or see a drive-in movie after work. There's no need to wait for Friday to get summer started, so enjoy your extra-long weekend, and good luck!

While we certainly believe that you should live in the moment, we also believe it's incredibly beneficial to have something to look forward to down the line. Maybe it's a big vacation in a couple months, or coffee with a friend next week, but if you haven't already, make plans you can be excited for when the present gets a little dull. This week we invite you to clean out the madness from your life a bit, and we're not just talking about basketball. Spring is finally here (even if the weather hasn't quite caught up) so take some time this week to declutter whatever's gotten a bit out of hand lately, whether physically or mentally. Spring can be a great time for a fresh start to change things up or renew some of those New Years Resolutions that may have gotten lost over the last couple months, so make it a priority this week to clear out some of the madness in your life to make room for them.
The tournament may not be over, but all of our brackets have successfully run themselves out of correct teams. As such, we are excited to announce our first ever Perfectly Imperfect Champ: Suzanne, who only got 6 teams right out of 64! Congratulations, we'll be in touch about your prize, but for now, just revel in how wrong you can be. Thank you to everyone who participated, we hope you enjoyed watching your picks lose!
