One of the questions that people ask me is- if they can put their Child as the beneficiary on their life insurance.

🗣️If a minor is the primary beneficiary on a life insurance policy, the policy proceeds generally cannot be used immediately to pay funeral expenses because a minor cannot legally receive the funds directly, sign legal documents, or give consent.

Muchas personas me preguntan si pueden poner a su hijo menor como beneficiario de su seguro de vida.

🗣️ Si el beneficiario principal es un menor de edad, generalmente no podrá recibir el dinero de inmediato porque legalmente no puede firmar documentos ni recibir los fondos directamente. Esto puede retrasar el acceso al dinero para cubrir gastos inmediatos, como los funerarios.
