YOGA WALL classes for spinal decompression
KIDS SUMMER CAMPS and aerial silks classes for kiddos to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
AERIAL SILKS AND AERIAL YOGA for body strength, coordination, and joy in movement
LAGREE FITNESS classes for a full body workout in 45 minutes on the megaformer. Think of a Pilates reformer with a back platform. There are 1,100 exercises in the Lagree Academy Library.
