Doors open at 4 PM
First heat will start at 4:30 PM

Depending on what the workout is… a new heat will start every 30 min or so. Lanes and heats will be available to reserve on Wodify app.

Warm up stations will be available, it is recommended to show up 30 min before your heat starts so that appropriate warm up is done to prepare.

The time is now to showcase everything you have learned and every drop of sweat you have put in.
