Today’s ARTvent calendar features two very special artists; former VonCommon Studios President and current VonCommon Studios President 💕


Isn’t participating in Art Blizzaard as a vendor; but back in September before she moved away she helped host the Cut and Paste Party during our “Spellbound” fundraiser. Afterwards she digitally compiled the zine for us to sell during Art Blizzaard! Thanks for volunteering all your time and effort Lauren!!💖

You’ll be able to find the VonCommon Studios Zine at our merch table! It features the collages created during the 9/5/25 Cut and Paste Party as well as the backstory of Voncommon Studios as written by VonCommon founder !!


Through the transmutation of personal photography into mixed-media drawings, I create poetic narrative pieces best described as surreal illustrations. The combination of being raised in Big Sky Country and early exposure to nursery rhymes, comic strips, nature documentaries, and antique shops, inspires many of the elements within my work. Through research and intuition, I incorporate symbolic elements that explore relationships, internal worlds, and the spiritual, conjuring a liminal space that processes life via the natural world.

I make a cartoon. It was/is based on a Rat but it is stream of consciousness, stuff.

Hey guys! My name is Schafer Bungay, the founder of Flathead Fragrance Co.
I was born and raised in Kalispell, Montana, and I’m currently a marketing student at the University of Montana.

The Flathead Valley has always been home. It’s lakes, pine trees, and mountain air are where I feel most alive.

I’ve been obsessed with cologne for years — I own more than 30 fragrances, and over time, I’ve studied what makes each one special. I wanted to find a way to represent the Flathead Valley in a scent. Something that captures the calm, the beauty, and the feeling of home.

That’s how Flathead Fragrance Co. started. Each fragrance is inspired by a real place or memory around Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley, with scents that closely match each landmark. I carefully select these and bottle everything here in Montana.

The Magician:
I would describe my style as Avant-Pop
