EmPower Place

EmPower Place Summer Club sign ups have begun! This is a free summer program for 8-13 year olds that takes place on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. You can sign up for a week at a time- picking the themes and activities that fit your child’s interests and schedule. Anyone wanting to participate must reserve a spot in advance- space is limited. Early Learning is a time for kiddos who are preschool/kindergarten aged to get together for stories, songs, themed activities, and connection. Themed activities might include art, games, science, building, inventions, and more! Come learn and play with us!

This month on the docket we have Black history month (this week)
Feb 10th: a valentine theme
Feb 17th: lunar new year
Feb 24th: we will be doing Ada Twist Scientist!

Empower Place is a free walk in play place for families. It is a partnership between spectrUM Discovery Area, Missoula Public Library, and Missoula Food Bank and Community Center. Children aged five and under need to always be accompanied by a caregiver. But children over the age of five may play while caregivers shop next door. Empower Place is open to everyone.
