Two Events, One Incredible Green Team. ♻🎶🌈

Last weekend was a great example of what community-powered sustainability looks like. Home ReSource Green Team volunteers were on hand at both Zootown Music Festival and Missoula Pride, making large, joyful community celebrations more sustainable through hands-on zero-waste sorting and education.

Green Team Volunteer efforts helped keep thousands of pounds of material out of the landfill. In fact, 82% of all waste was diverted from the landfill at Pride! 4,500 lbs of waste were composted during Missoula Pride, and another 13,000 lbs were diverted from the landfill at Zootown Music Festival!
