Our Temporary Safe Outdoor Shelter is hiring for a Support Specialist role! A Support Specialist is a crucial part of our team, working with clients to accomplish goals that move them toward housing, building meaningful relationships, and serving with Christ-likeness. This swing shift position is a part of our 24 hour program, from 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday. Recently, our mission family gathered at the beautiful Burnt Fork Ranch for our annual staff retreat. It was an incredible day of fellowship dedicated to prayer, worship, and diving deep into training.

Mission work is deeply rewarding, but it certainly has its challenges. That’s why we treasure these moments to pause, share powerful testimonies, and encourage one another. We spent time dreaming and talking about how we can continue to serve Jesus well and bring the hope of the Gospel to our Missoula community.

We are so thankful for this "mission family" and the chance to recharge together!
