We had a fun week at Dakota Flight Center as we hosted 3 school field trips!
From exploring aircraft up close to learning how pilots train, what makes airplanes fly, and the skilled mechanics that keep everything working, their excitement was invigorating.
We believe the future of aviation starts with moments like these - planting the seeds early for all that's possible in aviation right here in Mitchell.
Thanks to Rockport Colony, Longfellow Elementary 2nd grade, and St. John Paul II 1st grade. It was a pleasure hosting you!

What an incredible week for Hannah Petrucci! She wrapped another year of college AND obtained her Private Pilot's License. Congratulations, Hannah!

Yes, Alex Ames did obtain his Private Pilot's License.
No, it didn't happen in a P-51.
But we don't blame him for celebrating with a cool photo!
