Friends, have you ever wondered about what being homeless in Mitchell, SD looks like? Home 4 Now is hosting a cookout picnic on June 13th at the Southwest Shelter in Hitchcock Park. There will be games and activities for kids, food of course, testimonies about being homeless in Mitchell, and ways to get involved in helping. 4-7pm.

🎶 Week 5 of our Winter Concert Series at 401 Create by LifeQuest welcomes Audrianna Vargas & Greyson Schulz from Sioux Falls. Their set is sure to entertain with popular classics & originals.

Lunch this week is provided by Home for Now, a local non-profit that helps our unhoused community, and all free will donations will go to them! They are serving chili dogs (or just chili) at 11:30 am.

This engagement is supported by the Arts Midwest GIG Fund, a program of Arts Midwest that is funded by the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional contributions from Mitchell Area Arts.

Tonight we assembled 50 "blessing backpacks" which will be distributed throughout the community at 5 locations. These are available for those in need.
