Can I be honest for a minute?

I think a lot of people are secretly intimidated by AI.

Not because they’re incapable…
but because they feel behind.

They think:
“I’m too old for this.”
“I don’t understand technology.”
“I wouldn’t even know where to begin.”

But one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is this:

You do NOT have to become a tech expert to start using AI in practical ways.

These graphics are actually a perfect example.

Same idea.
Same message.
Different styles.

AI helped me bring a vision to life creatively — and honestly, a few months ago I probably would have thought something like this required a whole creative team.

What I’ve learned is:
💡 AI is a tool
💡 Learning takes time
💡 Nobody starts as an expert
💡 Small steps matter
💡 Curiosity matters more than perfection

If AI feels overwhelming, here’s my advice:

✔️ Start small
✔️ Learn one thing at a time
✔️ Use AI to support your strengths
✔️ Don’t compare yourself to people online
✔️ Allow yourself to learn without shame

You are NOT too old.
You are NOT too late.
And you are more capable than you think. 💙

Let me be honest…

Trying to do everything by yourself eventually becomes the bottleneck. 💡

Over the last several months, I’ve realized that what I don’t need is more hustle. I need infrastructure.

So I’ve started building an AI leadership team designed to support the work I’m already doing through Creating It Right — helping with communication, strategy, content, organization, visibility, analytics, and ex*****on.

And no… I’m not talking about robots taking over the world. 😂

I’m talking about building smart systems that help purpose-driven people work more effectively without constantly operating in overwhelm.

This season for me is about:

✔️ Systems
✔️ Delegation
✔️ Sustainable ex*****on
✔️ Intentional growth

Because vision without support eventually leads to burnout.

Bold leadership.
