Yesterday, along with Historic Mobile, local developers, preservationists, and realtors, we unveiled the transformation of an entire block in Downtown Mobile! 🏡 ✨ Featuring 8 beautifully renovated and newly built single-family homes in the historic block of N. Dearborn Street, this development marks a huge step forward in the continued revitalization of our downtown. Downtown living just got more exciting! This beautiful retail space on Highway 98 in Daphne has been in the works for a few years! From the dreaming and designing phase, then to demo, and finally construction; PCDA has been there for every step. We are so excited to see it complete and ready for the community to enjoy!
