He came up in the era of carbon copy forms, printed rate books, and Rolodexes. Since then, much has changed from online rating, instant quotes, and even a little thing called the World Wide Web.

But one thing has always remained: his dedication to those around him. To know Richard is to know he has a heart of gold.
