The end of an era. Myself and countless others grew up eating badger burgers, seasoned fries, and drinking water with a splash of lemonade if Ms Mary or Ms Pat were in a good mood. This was after walking 36 holes in 100 deg heat, trying not to make Duke or Lawrence too mad. Conversations with Buddy and Teddy in the shop before they shooed us back outside. Nostalgia at its best.

Now I manage the facility that we grew up in. It’s funny how life works and sometimes you end up back where you started 30+ years ago. We are extremely excited about the opening of Clover Club that will be taking over the Cafe. This was a necessary change after all these years. Not one taken lightly but we couldn’t have better partners to start this with. The group that operates POST, POST on the Hill, Outsider and Insider, among several others will be an outstanding change for all of us. Cheers to the next chapter of our SHC community!
