The Yellowhammer Veterans Cup Classic is about standing beside those who served, building lasting connections, and creating opportunities for Veterans to continue healing through community and support.
Whether youβre competing, sponsoring, volunteering, or cheering from the sidelines, every swing helps make a difference.
We canβt wait to see you on the course.
At Vets Recover, healing goes beyond sobriety. It's about caring for the whole person.
Our Nurse Practitioner, Wanda Cobb, shares what it means to walk alongside veterans on their journey to recovery. As a veteran herself, she understands the challenges many face and the importance of providing care rooted in trust, compassion, and connection. Hear how medical support and genuine understanding can make a lasting difference in helping veterans reclaim their lives.
If you or a veteran you know is struggling, Vets Recover is open 24/7/365.

It was a great pleasure to host Alex Karagas with the Alabama Veterans Resources Center this week - "The Alabama Veterans Resource Center (AVRC) serves as a comprehensive "one-stop shop" for veterans and their families. The flagship headquarters is located at 100 Dexter Avenue, Montgomery, AL 36104. It connects veterans statewide with resources for VA benefits, employment, housing, mental health, and education." Thank you Alex for coming to see what is going on here at Vets Recover.
