Mr. Jones adopted TIPPER early this morning! Tipper had turned into our long timer here at MSPCA! She has been with us for 2 whole years! She was brought in by someone who said it was not their dog. She came in with a light heartworm positive test result and with our slow kill treatment while being here, has now turned negative. We cannot believe she finally went home today! We hope you have the best life outside of here Tippy!!!
